• Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Nusantara Craft Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund.

4. Payments and Fees

• All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our website.
• We do not store payment details such as credit card information on our servers.
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of course cancellation initiated by Nusantara Craft Academy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Once enrolled, cancellation by the participant is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific course terms.
• Participants who fail to attend a workshop or class will not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos — is the property of Nusantara Craft Academy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site or our courses for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Recording or redistribution of class materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Certificates and Accreditation

Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of selected courses. Issuance of any certificate does not imply formal accreditation unless stated explicitly in the course details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nusantara Craft Academy will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of this Site, participation in workshops, or reliance on any information provided. Participation in any practical session (e.g., metalwork or jewellery crafting) is at your own risk. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.
